We aim to process and dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment (excluded weekend). For All UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Both your delivery address and our sender address will be placed on the package to insure that your order will not go undelivered. We will keep all Royal Mail proof of posting records on file for three months.

For UK orders over £30, the postage and packaging fee is FREE (UK only).
For Europe orders over £70, the postage and packaging fee is FREE.
For the rest of world orders over £150, the postage and packaging fee is FREE.

**For delivery to Europe and other regions will delivery by UK Royal Mail AirMail service. we will keep a Certificate of Posting which is issued by UK Royal Mail service. In case you do not receive your products, we will make a claim for compensation on your behalf. UK Royal Mail may pay compensation up to £32 based upon the value of your purchased item(s).

Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

Our returns policy is simple! All of our herbal products come with a 15 days money back guarantee from the day of purchase. Our "15 days money back guarantee" means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the product that you purchased from our website, you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 15 days.

You are responsible to take care of the products before returning them to us. The returning products must be in a state where they are UNOPENED and can be RESOLD. We are sorry but we cannot refund any opened and damaged products.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Since you are responsible for returning the product(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
