Component:	Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae Conquitae(di huang), Radix Dioscoreae Oppositae(shan yao), Fructus Corni Officinalis(shan zhu yu), Ramulus Cinnamomi Cassiae(gui zhi), Radix Lateralis Aconiti Carmichaeli Praeparata(fu zi), Colla Cornu Cervi(lu jiao jiao), Semen Cuscutae Chinensis(tu si zi), Cortex Eucommiae Ulmoidis(du zhong), Fructus Lycii(gou qi zi)

Function:	Warms and tones the kidney yang, replenishes the essence, and tones the blood.

Clinic Usage:	This formula treats kidney yang deficiency with waning of vitality. Symptoms include exhaustion from long-term illness, aversion to cold, coolness of the extremities, impotence, and nocturnal emission. There may also be loose stools, sometimes with undigested food particles, incontinence, edema of the lower extremities, and aching and weakness of the lower back and knees.

Cautions:	This formula particularly stresses strengthening and toning the yang.
