| Clinic Usage: |
This formula primarily treats the true yin deficiency. Symptoms include light-headedness, vertigo, soreness and weakness in the lower back and legs, spontaneous and nocturnal emissions, dry mouth and throat, spontaneous and night sweats, thirst, a shiny tongue with no coating, and a thin, rapid pulse. |

| Cautions: |
Taking this formula over a long period of time may cause spleen and stomach deficiency. Spleen nourishing herbs like Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (chen pi) and Fructus Amomi (sha ren) may be added. |
