Nourishes the yin, clears heat, induces sweating, and releases the exterior. |

| Clinic Usage: |
This formula treats externally contracted wind-heat in a patient with underlying yin deficiency. Symptoms include headache, fever and slight chills, little or no sweating, a red tongue, rapid pulse, coughing, irritability, thirst and dry throat. |

| Cautions: |
This is not a recommended formula if exterior releasing is heavily demanded. |
