Component: Pseudobulbus Shancigu(shan ci gu), Radix Euphorbiae seu Knoxiae(hong da ji), (qian jin zi???), Galla Rhois Chinensis(wu bei zi), Secretio Moschus(she xiang), Realgar(xiong huang), Cinnabaris(zhu sha)
Function: Transforms phlegm, opens the orifices, relieves toxicity, dissipates nodules and alleviates soreness.
Clinic Usage: This formula is for influenzas, toxic sores and expectoration of thick sputum. Symptoms include abdominal pain and focal distention in the chest, vomiting and diarrhea. A child may lose consciousness due to phlegm-heat. This formula may also be applied externally for ulcers, carbuncles or toxic swellings.
Cautions: The use of this formula should be discontinued once the symptoms improve.
