English name: Inula and Hematite Decoction
Component: Flos Inulae(xuan fu hua), Haematitum(dai zhe shi), Radix Ginseng(ren shen), Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Recens(sheng jiang), Radix Flycyrrhizae Uralensis(gan cao), Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae(ban xia), Fructus Zizyphi Jujubae(da zao)
Function: Directs negative qi downward, transforms phlegm, augments the qi and harmonizes the stomach.
Clinic Usage: This formula is for weak and deficient stomach qi. Symptoms include phlegm turbidity obstructing the interior, hard epigastric focal distention, hiccough and regurgitation.
Caution: This formula is used in treating firm epigastric focal distention and negative stomach qi.
