English name:	White Tiger Decoction

Component:	Gypsum(shi gao), Radix Anemarrhenae Asphodeloidis(zhi mu), Radix Flycyrrhizae Uralensis(gan cao), Nonglutinous Rice(geng mi)

Function:	Clears heat and generates fluids.

Clinic Usage:	This formula treats the blazing heat in the yang brightness channel-stage. Symptoms include high fever, a red face, severe thirst, irritability, profuse sweating, aversion to heat and a forceful, rapid pulse.

Cautions:	The indications for using this formula are four obvious and strong symptoms: high fever, profuse sweating, severe thirst and forceful pulse. Apply this formula only if all four symptoms are present.
