| Clinic Usage: |
This formula treats severe fire-toxin obstruction of the three burners. Symptoms include high fever, irritability, expectoration of blood, carbuncles, or diarrhea due to heat excess, or jaundice due to damp-heat. It also cures symptoms of toxic swellings, dark urine, a red tongue with a yellow coating and a rapid, forceful pulse. Modern practitioners use it for treatment of the following conditions: 1. septikopyaemia, 2. laryngitis, tonsillitis, 3. high blood pressure, 4. diseases related to cerebral blood vessels, 5. post-stroke symptoms, 6. Alzheimer's disease, 7. herpes, 8. pneumonia, various types of meningitis, eczema, acute nephritis, insomnia, hepatitis B, Parkinson's disease, irritability and schizophrenia. |

| Cautions: |
Because of the very bitter and cold nature of the ingredients, the formula can easily injure the spleen and stomach and should not be taken long-term. |
