| Clinic Usage: |
This formula treats the condition in which heat smolders in the yin regions of the body. It usually occurs during the later stages of a warm-febrile disease when the heat has depleted the yin and fluids. Symptoms include night fever and morning chills, absence of sweating when the fever recedes, a red tongue with slight coating and a fine, rapid pulse. |
