| Clinic Usage: |
This formula is for treatment of the severe fire in the qi and blood. It is contracted from the heat toxin of epidemics which manifests internally and externally. Symptoms include intense fever, strong thirst, severe and throbbing headache, dry heaves, extreme irritability and delirium. There may also be rash, blood expectoration, nosebleed, convulsion, cold extremities, a large, rapid pulse and a dark-red tongue with dark, scorched lips. |
