| Clinic Usage: |
This formula treats stomach heat with yin deficiency. Symptoms include irritability, fever, thirst, headache, toothache, bleeding of the gums and a red tongue with a yellow coating. It also treats wasting and thirst syndrome, and symptoms such as frequent hunger and emaciation. |

| Cautions: |
This formula is contraindicated in cases with diarrhea. |
