Component: Rhizoma Atractylodis(cang zhu), Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis(hou po), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae(chen pi), Radix Flycyrrhizae Uralensis(gan cao), Rhizoma Atractylodis(cang zhu), Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis(hou po), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae(chen pi), Radix Flycyrrhizae Uralensis(gan cao)
Function: Dries dampness, improves the transportation function of spleen, promotes the qi movement and harmonizes the stomach.
Clinic Usage: This formula is for treatment of damp-cold stagnating in the spleen and stomach. Symptoms include distention and fullness in the epigastrium and abdomen, loss of taste and appetite, nausea, vomiting, belching, acid regurgitation, a heavy sensation in the limbs, increased desire to sleep, diarrhea, a white, greasy tongue coating and a slower than normal pulse.
Caution: This is the primary formula for treating dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach.
