Fang Feng
For externally contracted wind-cold, headache, dizziness, backache, stiff neck, wind-cold dampness and numbness, soreness and pain in bone and joints, spasms in extremities and tetanus. This herb dispels wind without drying up internally. It is considered a "moisturizing" herb among wind dispelling herbs.
