Where grown:	East, north, south China.

Source:	Dried, ripe seed of Dolichos lablab L.

Ingredients:	Protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, fatty acids

Properties:	Sweet, slightly warm

Channels entered:	Spleen, stomach

Function:	Strengthens spleen, harmonizes stomach, relieves summer heat, dispels damp-heat and relieves toxicity.

Major Clinic Usage:	For cholera due to summer dampness, diarrhea, vomiting, chronic dysentery, irritability, thirst, turbid vaginal discharge, childhood nutritional deficiency, alcoholic symptoms, and globefish poisoning.

Usage and Dosage:	9~15g

Storage:	Store in a dry place. Protect from worm infestation.
