Where grown: West and southwest China.
Source: Dried larvae body of Cordyceps sinensis (BerK.) Sacc.
Ingredients: Water, fat, protein, fiber, carbohydrate, ash
Properties: Sweet, neutral
Channels entered: Lung, kidney
Function: Tones lung, nourishes kidney, stops bleeding and transforms phlegm.
Major Clinic Usage: For coughing and wheezing due to overstrain, blood-streaked sputum, impotence, nocturnal emission, night sweats and soreness in the lower back and knees.
Cautions: Not suitable for pathogenic symptoms which attack the exterior of body.
Usage and Dosage: 3~9g
