Where grown:	Throughout China.

Source:	Fruit of Morus alba L.

Properties:	Sweet, cold

Channels entered:	Heart, liver, kidney

Function:	Nourishes yin and blood, generates saliva and moistens intestines.

Major Clinic Usage:	For dizziness due to blood and yin deficiency, tinnitus, insomnia, premature gray hair, thirst and constipation.

Cautions:	Use with caution in cases of cold deficiency.

Usage and Dosage:	10~15g

Storage:	Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
