For cold in spleen and kidney, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, middle qi deficiency and cold, reduced appetite but with profuse saliva, deficient and cold kidney qi, nocturnal emission, urinary incontinence and frequent urination in the night. |

| Cautions: |
The herb is dry and hot. Contraindicated in cases of yin deficiency with strong fire signs. |
