Properties: Acrid, bitter, slightly cold

Major Clinic Usage: For irregular menstruation, bloody discharge, wind-heat symptoms and painful, swollen, red eyes.
Cautions: Use with caution in cases of platycoria or blood deficiency but without stasis.
