English name:	Talcum

Source:	A soft mineral composed primarily of hydrous magnesium silicate.

Properties:	Sweet, bland, cold

Channels entered:	Bladder, stomach, lungs

Function:	Opens orifices, dispels dampness, effects bladder and promotes urination, clears heat, regulates qi and nourishes spleen and stomach.

Major Clinic Usage:	For diarrhea, vomiting, five types of urinary disorders (uropsammus, urinary incontinence, galacturia, pollakiuria and hematuria), urinary difficulties, jaundice, blood expectoration, nosebleeds and eczema.

Usage and Dosage:	10~20g. Proper amount for external use.

Storage:	Store in a dry place. Avoid light. Keep tightly sealed.
