Source:	Dried seed of Cassia tora L.

Ingredients:	Physcione, Emodin anthrone, Aloeemodin, Chrysophanol, Toractone, Pamitie acid, Stearie acid

Pharmacological effect:	1) Effect on blood pressure: herb solution can lower blood pressure for anesthetized animals. 2) Anti-microbial effect: herb decoction has an inhibiting effect on the growth of yellow staphylococci. 3) Others: herb extracts can stimulate secretion of gastric juice.

Properties:	Sweet, bitter, salty, slightly cold

Usage and Dosage:	9~15g.
