Source: Whole plant of Euphorbia humifusa Willd.
Ingredients: Flavone, gallic acid, mesomeric myo-inositol, tannin
Pharmacological effect: Has antiseptic and styptic properties.
Properties: Bitter, acrid, neutral
Channels entered: Liver, large intestine, stomach
Function: Clears heat, relieves toxicity, stops bleeding, promotes blood flow and removes dampness.
Major Clinic Usage: For diarrhea due to toxic heat, blood in the urine or stool, jaundice due to heat dampness and neutralizes venom of snake bites.
Usage and Dosage: 15~30g. Proper amount for external use.
