| Pharmacological effect: |
1) Effect on central nervous system: oral ingestion of the herbal extract has an inhibiting effect on central nervous system in mice. Injection of the herbal extract can elevate blood pressure in rabbits. But for spontaneous high blood pressure, it lowers the blood pressure in rabbits. 2) Injection of the herbal extract can stimulate the secretion of bile in rabbits. |
