Source: Dried rhizome of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma Nakai.
Ingredients: Alkaloid
Properties: Bitter, slightly cold
Channels entered: Spleen, liver
Function: Kills parasites, clears heat, relieves toxicity and stops bleeding.
Major Clinic Usage: Treats various intestinal parasite diseases. Also treats flu due to wind-heat, skin eruptions and bleeding.
Cautions: Do not drink hot tea while taking this herb. Overdose can cause regurgitation, dizziness and vomiting.
Usage and Dosage: 10~15g. Use fresh ones to expel parasites and parched ones for bleeding.
