Source:	The dried, ripe seed of Raphanus sativa L. var. hortensis BACKER.

Properties:	Acrid, sweet, neutral

Channels entered:	Stomach, spleen, lung

Function:	Calms productive coughing and wheezing, induces appetite and reduces accumulated food.

Major Clinic Usage:	For coughing and wheezing with copious phlegm, stagnant food in stomach and intestines, dysentery, tenesmus, wind-phlegm headache and migraine.

Usage and Dosage:	4.5~9g

Storage:	Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. (Powders may be stored in a lime urn.)
