Where grown: In Fujian area of China.
Source: Mixture of fermented powders of red-knees herb, sweet wormwood, apricot kernel and wheat.
Properties: Sweet, acrid, warm
Channels entered: Spleen, stomach
Function: Regulates middle, directs qi downward, strengthens spleen, warms stomach, and reduces stagnant food.
Major Clinic Usage: For food stagnation, distended full chest and abdomen, sudden diarrhea, postpartum cold-dysentery, lack of postpartum milk, and children presenting bloated, hard abdomens with food accumulation.
Usage and Dosage: 6~15g
Storage: Store in a dry place.
