Source:	The root of Rumex japonicus Houtt.

Ingredients:	Alkaloid
Pharmacological effect:	Stops bleeding.

Properties:	Bitter, astringent, cold

Channels entered:	Heart, liver, large intestine

Function:	Cools blood, stops bleeding, kills germs, and heals ringworm.

Major Clinic Usage:	For bleeding symptoms, scabies and ringworm.
Cautions:	Use with caution for patients with diarrhea.
