Operating Instructions for different type of LAMP
a. Plug the power cord to the socket
b. Push "start/pause" button. The screen shall display "CONT" which means "continue" and the indicator shall be lit
c. Push "Reset", the screen shall display "00:00". Then push "Timing" to set working time at 15 mins. (The increments of each pushing of Timing Button is 5 mins)
d. Push "start/pause" to start the preheating.
e. Push "Reset" then "Timing" to set working time once the preheating stops.
f. Push "start/pause" to make heating work.
g. Aim the lamp head directly towards the body area to be treated. The heating shuts of once the timing reaches"00:00"
h, The heating can be cancelled any time by pushing " Reset".
i, The appropriate distance from the lamp head the area to be treated is 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30cm). The best result is obtained when body surface temperature is heated to and kept at 40-45 Celsius degree after preheating for 15 mints. (more details will be available from the users instruction)

How to Use TDP Lamp?
- Plug the power cord to the socket
- Switch "ON" before use.
- Set up timer clockwise or switch the timer to position "ON"(with ON/OFF switch) counter clockwise.
- After warm up for about 3-5 minutes, adjust the position of the lamp to get comfortable warmth(about 8-12 inch away or more).
- Switch the timer to "OFF" position or wait for it to stop automatically if timer is used.
